A video has emerged of the interrogation of Yevgeny Panov, who was detained in Crimea on charges of involvement in the preparation of terrorist attacks on Crimean territory, Interfax reports.

During interrogation, Panov admitted to preparing sabotage at critical facilities on the peninsula.
“With Sandyl Alexey, we drove through the cities of Armyansk, Krasnoperekopsk, Dzhankoy, Feodosia and Kerch in order to see the objects of sabotage. The following objects of sabotage were identified: a ferry crossing, an oil depot in Feodosia, facilities in the city of Dzhankoy, a helicopter regiment, and the Titan chemical plant,” the detainee said.
According to him, the sabotage group included career Ukrainian intelligence officers.
“The group included career Ukrainian military intelligence officers,” he admitted. – The group included Alexander Kirillov with the call sign “Kirill”, a person with the name Dmitry, Oleg Petrenko with the call sign “Lis”, Sandyl Alexey with the call sign “Sai”, as well as a person with the call sign “Deshek” and me. The career officers were Sandyl Alexey with the rank of lieutenant, Vladimir Serdyuk - captain, and Kirillov and Dmitry were also officers, but the ranks are not known to me.”
Panov was also confirmed that from August 2014 to August 2015 he served in the so-called ATO zone in southeastern Ukraine as part of the 37th separate infantry battalion, which is part of the 56th brigade.
There was also an acknowledgment of receiving material remuneration for carrying out the work of inspecting suspected sabotage sites at the initial stage.
“After returning from Crimea, there was a meeting with Kirillov and Aleksandrov, during which Sandyl reported on the results of the trip, on the selected objects on the territory of the Republic of Crimea, for which Kirillov thanked Sandyl, and I personally was paid 3200 hryvnia,” Panov said.
