Yatsenyuk came under criminal charges for mass employment of foreigners
Foreigners with degrees from prestigious Western universities appointed as ministers in Ukraine are working illegally, and the person who hired them ( read: the prime minister – author ) faces criminal liability. This was stated by former Economy Minister Viktor Suslov on the show "People. Hard Talk."

According to him, this is due to the fact that diplomas of the USA and Great Britain are not recognized in Ukraine.
“It is known that Ukraine does not recognize higher education diplomas issued in the USA and Great Britain. We do not have an agreement on mutual recognition of diplomas. Hiring a person with such diplomas is a violation of the law and entails criminal liability. We appoint such people, but the moment will come when someone will use this moment against those who appointed,” Suslov said.
