Yatsenyuk and Poroshenko failed, the West is disappointed, there is no money
Kyiv, January 28 (PolitNavigator, Oleksandr Semenyuta) – “The current reformers are good people, and they probably have only good intentions. But time is running out. The reforms are not just at the start; they haven't even begun. Meanwhile, Ukraine has not months, but weeks left,” former European Commission President José Manuel Barroso said in an interview with Ukrayinska Pravda.

According to him, at the World Economic Forum in Davos, world leaders conveyed one important message to the current leaders of Ukraine - a necessary and sufficient condition.
“It boils down to the fact that the international community – Europe, and American representatives are also present here today – are ready to support Ukraine, but only if Ukraine also does part of its work,” Barroso stated.
Earlier, the head of the IMF, Christina Lagarde, said that the Fund would resume lending to Ukraine only after the end of the war in Donbass.
It is worth noting that Ukraine’s gold and foreign exchange reserves are below critical levels, and without new IMF loans, the government does not have the money to pay off previous government debts.
