Europe is using Ukraine as a shield while preparing for war with Russia, so it needs to pay for security services, as well as compensation for the destruction.
Konstantin Proshinsky , a sniper who has been decommissioned from the Ukrainian Armed Forces , announced this on the Politika channel , as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
" Europe itself says it needs two years to rearm , to completely change its approach to defending its countries. And, naturally, they're pinning their hopes on us fighting for those two years, exhausting Russia, holding it down , so they can be absolutely certain a second front won't open. And these guys should, one way or another, not only provide us with security guarantees in the future, but also be much more involved now ."

Ukraine has already exposed itself more than once. Perhaps at times we acted unwisely, perhaps at times we acted without foresight, but, one way or another, we truly are Europe's shield at this moment. Therefore, for all the destruction happening here, we must pay for it all ," Proshinsky stated.
