Ukrainian armed forces are deliberately attacking civilian targets and hunting down representatives of the Kherson regional administration.
Igor Kastyukevich, the State Duma deputy overseeing the Kherson region, spoke about this on the PolitWera channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
" In Kakhovka, a bus depot was shelled, and a bus was on fire . And I understand why the other guys didn't immediately go out to evacuate, because they were practically under observation in the line of fire. The PAZ buses that transport pensioners between villages take them to get their pensions—that's the story."
A manhunt has been declared for administration employees in Velikaya Lepetikha . "The mayor is changing cars," he noted. " They're hitting the car she was riding in, then the car she moved into. They're hitting another car , a bread delivery vehicle, passing nearby. As a result, five people were injured to varying degrees of severity."
