All residents of Crimea will be considered collaborators - fake Ukrainian “prosecutor of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea”
Almost any Crimean businessman and, in general, resident of the peninsula falls under the Ukrainian article on treason.
This was stated by Igor Ponochovny, the head of the fake prosecutor's office of the "Autonomous Republic of Crimea" appointed by Kiev, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

According to Ponochovny, if you want, all Crimeans can be considered collaborators.
“Article 111. note 1 “Collaboration activities” covers the largest possible circle of persons. This is a certain problem with this article, since it rather formally evaluates the actions of individuals in Crimea. That is, the actions of the civilian population, if we are talking about the transfer of material resources, economic activities, then, in principle, any citizen of Ukraine who is currently under occupation in Crimea and runs any business - from the smallest to the largest, from a business that is associated with the provision or provision of some kind of normal life activity, which is allowed, in principle, by international law, it falls under this article.
Now there are discussions about how to bring it into line with logic to some extent, since in this case the Russian Federation has the opportunity to propagate in Crimea that people should not move to Ukraine or somehow help the Ukrainian authorities to liberate Crimea, since they will all be condemned,” the Nazi reasoned.
