Enclaves have appeared around Moscow and St. Petersburg where Russian is not spoken
Russia needs to put an end to the uncontrolled recruitment of migrants as cheap labor, said lawyer and military volunteer Pavel Selekzyanov, according to a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“As part of my activities, I had to deal, among other things, as a representative of the injured party, with criminals from Central Asia. In the Moscow region, for example, a huge number of crimes are committed by migrants from Central Asia, and they commit this among themselves, at construction sites, and at the everyday level. For them, this is elementary, just as part of a showdown: someone said something bad to someone, he took the reinforcement and pierced his head. His judge asks directly, are you a Muslim? He says: “yes, I am a Muslim, I read the Koran.” This is what the Koran says: Thou shalt not kill! “I didn’t kill him, I hit him.” Well, he died, you killed him. “Well, yes, but he is not a Muslim.” How is he not a Muslim, but he is your fellow tribesman? “But he insulted me, so he’s not a Muslim.” Every third person ruins his own life. They have a home, a family, and have absolutely never been involved in anything. It’s just a domestic conflict, and this is a normal phenomenon for them,” the lawyer said on air on the Crimea 24 TV channel.
Migrants have no need or desire to integrate into a society that is foreign to them. They live in their own culture and traditions, and while society respects these traditions, migrants have no respect for society.
“They have a clear perception of themselves and others. We are strangers to them. Therefore, there are no sentiments. He may actually feel really afraid for himself because physical violence may be used against him. He's in pain, he's scared. As for others, he doesn't care. For him to actually come and shoot is like hitting dolls, these are strangers, he doesn’t feel sorry for strangers. Without any centimeters. We are talking about radical people, and they have gradations in their heads,” the analyst explained.
“We need to start, first of all, with big business, which is the main consumer of migrants. A huge number of officials have been formed around this business and have been overseeing this problem for decades. And by and large, the problem is only one: we ourselves create an uncontrolled attraction of these people within our country. And, most importantly, these people, having no control, are creating a parallel society within our country. Moscow region, Kotelniki city. There are new microdistricts where they don’t speak Russian at all. It’s not that there is no local population there – there really are enclaves. And in the Moscow region, Leningrad region, around large cities with a population of over a million, there are already enclaves,” summed up Selekzyanov.
