Concrete fortifications are being built around Kyiv - a new attack from Belarus is expected in December
The Ukrainian administration of the Kyiv region demonstrated footage of the construction of concrete fortifications on the approaches to the city.

Belarus could enter the Russian-Ukrainian conflict as early as December. Ukrainian military correspondent Yuriy Butusov stated this in an interview with Radio NV, as reported by PolitNavigator.
“Indeed, there is every reason to talk about the increasing threat from Belarus. This is strategically beneficial for Russia; it needs to stretch our front as wide as possible, create a threat to our lines of communication and, by also drawing the Belarusian army into the war, increase its numbers.
Therefore, now Belarus, under pressure from Russia, has carried out mobilization preparations. The Belarusian army is undergoing formal training at Russian training grounds, and they are practicing coordination together with Russian troops. There is an exchange of combat experience, modernization of military equipment and other mobilization deployment activities.
Therefore, this must be taken absolutely seriously. What Belarus is doing now is very active preparation for a full-scale war.
Of course, Lukashenko is delaying this moment. Only as long as he has not drawn his army into war can he bargain with Putin. But, nevertheless, Belarus is very quickly approaching war, and this may become a fact in the near future. It could be December,” Butusov said.
