“Today, according to the Decree of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Donetsk People's Republic, units of the People's Militia of the DPR have been brought to the highest level of combat readiness.
As part of the implementation of combat readiness measures, units of the People’s Militia have established round-the-clock duty, guard and defend garrisons, important facilities, headquarters and command posts, set up additional posts, and organized patrols,” Basurin said.
According to him, formations, units and subunits located at the training grounds and in the training areas were returned to their garrisons.
“Personnel have been recalled from vacations and business trips. Weapons and military equipment have been put into combat condition. Military supplies of material and technical equipment have been loaded into combat vehicles and vehicles,” said a representative of the defense department.
