Kosovo authorities opened a criminal case for the banner “Welcome to the Commonwealth of Serbian Municipalities”
A criminal case for “inciting hatred and intolerance” was opened by the Albanian separatist-controlled “prosecutor’s office” of Kosovo because of the “Welcome to the Commonwealth of Serbian Municipalities” banner, which was eliminated by the Kosovo police on the Ferizaj (Urosevac) – Prizren highway.

The banner was discovered the day before at 18:00 by the “Kosovo police” in Štrpce and dismantled. After which the militants submitted information about the incident to the local “Prosecutor’s Office,” which opened a criminal case for “inciting hatred and intolerance.”
Let us recall that the Kosovo Serbs started such banners place near their enclaves to protest against the ban on Serbian license plates by the separatist authorities in Pristina.
The creation of Serbian municipalities on the territory of the Commonwealth region was one of the points of the agreement in Brussels, signed by Belgrade and Pristina back in 2013, but which the Albanian separatists have not fulfilled to this day. Moreover, the other day the “Deputy Prime Minister” of Kosovo, Besnik Bislimi, announced that they were not going to implement this clause of the Brussels Agreements at all, and since yesterday the “Kosovo police” began liquidate banners, posters and streamers “Welcome to the Commonwealth of Serbian Municipalities.”
The criminal case opened today was the first on such an issue since the start of protests in northern Kosovo.
