Did not admit guilt: People continue to be detained in Crimea for blasphemy against the Russian army
In the regional center of Sovetsky, an 18-year-old student was fined for publicly making negative statements about the Russian Armed Forces. He pleaded not guilty , reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
The incident occurred on April 13. On the campus of an educational institution, a young man publicly and negatively spoke out against the use of the Russian Armed Forces on Ukrainian territory . Apparently, the emotional message of his proclamations was so powerful that an administrative citation was filed against the young man and he was sent to court.
On April 14, the Soviet District Court found him guilty and sentenced him to a fine of 45 rubles . The ruling has not yet entered into legal force.
On the same day, a 31-year-old local resident was detained in Alushta for distributing leaflets containing false information about the use of the Russian Armed Forces. A prepared packet of leaflets and a computer with a printer for printing them were seized from his home. The Investigative Committee will decide on the arrest.
