Ukrainian expert on energy issues Valentin Zemlyansky stated this at a press conference in Kyiv, noting that there are more and more complaints about the lack of heat in apartments from those who use centralized heating.

“The temperature, to put it mildly, leaves much to be desired. It is clear that no one will officially confirm, but I think that the order has been given to turn on the gas saving mode, and at the national level, so that the heating season can be completed quite comfortably,” the expert believes. - Nobody will tell you about this publicly - they say that you, we are fulfilling all our obligations, the temperature should not be lower than 18 degrees, which you have. The only question is: how comfortable are you at 18 degrees?”
