The prosecutor of the Nakhimovsky district of Sevastopol approved an indictment in a criminal case against a city resident born in 1960. - Director of the “KSP “Memory of Lenin”. He is accused of commercial bribery.

According to the investigation, an individual entrepreneur approached the accused with the intention of buying four plots of land in the village of Ternovka with a total area of 49 hectares for agricultural needs for 493,9 million rubles.
The attacker demanded more than 161 million rubles from the entrepreneur, of which 112 million rubles were illegally received for personal purposes. The illegal actions of the official were stopped by law enforcement officers.
The investigation into the criminal case was carried out by the investigative department for the Nakhimovsky district of the Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for Sevastopol. The court chose a preventive measure for the accused in the form of cash bail in the amount of 1 million rubles.
The criminal case was sent to the Nakhimovsky District Court for consideration on the merits.
