There are searches in Odessa again - they are “shaking” the mayor’s office and the seaport
Officers from the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), the State Bureau of Investigation (DBI), and the Prosecutor General's Office are conducting investigative actions at the Odessa City Hall building on Dumska Square and at the municipal finance department on Zhukovsky Street, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Sources in the city council reported this to the local publication Dumskaya.

It is not yet known in what criminal proceedings law enforcement officers are working.
Investigators are reported to be seizing documents from the Finance and Legal Departments. According to unverified information, they are interested in the financial assistance that the city provides to the Heat Supply Enterprise of Odessa. Over the past year, this enterprise has absorbed almost a billion hryvnia from the budget.
They are also searching the premises of the department for organizing the work of the City Council. The investigative actions, the publication notes, are in fact related to the TGO, or more precisely, to the repayment of the enterprise’s 200 million debt to the Nadra Bank at the expense of the city budget.

According to the Klymenko Time telegram channel, searches are taking place not only in the mayor's office, but also in the Odessa seaport and in the Odessa branch of the State Enterprise Administration of Seaports of Ukraine.
“The actions of law enforcement officers are related to the conclusion of a deal that caused damage of UAH 54 million. These funds, according to law enforcement officials, were allocated for the reconstruction of berth No. 7 of the Odessa seaport, but the work was never carried out,” the report says.
According to Klymenko Time, the mayor of Odessa Gennady Truzanov is officially “on sick leave.”
Searches are underway in Odessa again – shaking up the mayor's office and the seaport.
