The incident took place in the Zavodskoy district. Around 21 p.m., patrol officers received a report that an unknown person had forcibly dragged a woman into the bushes.
“In the bushes, the patrol saw a man lying on top of an elderly woman and trying to undress her. Law enforcement officers detained the suspect and handcuffed him,” the report says.
After the arrest, patrol officers called the investigative and operational group of the police department to the scene.
