In Moscow, police dispersed a picket in support of the Belarusian Maidan, which was held near the administration of the Russian President.
Seven people were detained at the protest, notes Nikita Stupin, a liberal journalist and author of the Avtozak-Live Telegram channel who was among the picketers, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

Also detained were a member of the Moscow branch of the Yabloko party, Vladislav Neimark, a member of the Open Russia movement, Sergei Zuev, who came to the picket with his 13-year-old daughter, and other liberals.

They were all taken to the Kitay-Gorod police station.

A lawyer from the OVD-Info organization, Mikhail Ignatiev, promptly went there. Two hours later, the detainees were released under obligations to appear.
