Crimean stores banned from selling medical masks and gloves
In Crimea, it was prohibited to sell medical masks and protective equipment in stores and on the street.
Vasily Klimov, head of Roszdravnadzor for the Republic of Crimea, announced this at a meeting of the coronavirus response headquarters, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

According to Klimov, masks are allowed to be sold only in the state-run Krym-Pharmacia pharmacy chain with a maximum markup of 10%.
“By government decree, a decision was made on a state operator - the Roskhimzashchita corporation - which will be involved in the acquisition and distribution of protective equipment: masks, gloves, protective suits. Regional operators must be identified on the territory of the regions; this will be “Crimea-Pharmacia”. Protective masks and gloves will not be sold for three months in supermarkets and other stores - only through pharmacies,” Klimov said.
Crimean stores have banned the sale of medical masks and gloves.
