In Kyiv they demand to open a second front against Russia and threaten new provocations
The best help for Ukraine from the West would be the opening of a second front against Russia.
Political scientist Alexander Musienko, who serves the interests of former Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko, announced this on the air of the Pryamyi television channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
According to Musienko, any reason can be used for this, such as a provocation with a strike on Polish territory by a Ukrainian air defense missile.
“You know, a second front would help us a lot, it would be the most effective. If one of our Western partners asked me: “What do you need?”, I would say that we need a second front against Russia and help – now. Moreover, you will have more and more reasons. They will appear, Russia will attack Poland again, will do this to Belarus, all this will definitely happen. NATO’s readiness to react, at least not to react - not to prohibit the Poles from doing this, but to support us - that would be pretty good,” Musienko reasoned.
