Kiev admitted that NATO is afraid to approach the Russian border
Russia has no plans to seize Ukraine, but the Russian contingent concentrated near the Ukrainian borders scares off NATO.
Verkhovna Rada deputy Evgeniy Rybchinsky stated this on air on the ZIK TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“Putin’s tactics are a little different, he won’t pull it off. This is the kind of girl that this boy will not be attracted to. He understands perfectly well that it is better to destabilize the situation in Ukraine than to seize it. There is a possibility of capture, but it will not be possible to hold it. Any guerrilla war in Ukraine will end all Russian military operations in two months. You cannot conquer a country with 40 million people,” Rybczynski said.
“He acts as he should act - he stationed 80 thousand military contingent on the border in order to intimidate on the one hand, and on the other hand to prevent Ukraine from joining the North Atlantic Alliance. Because NATO has never come so close to the borders of Russia and does not even understand how to create a base when there are ATGMs 100 kilometers away that can destroy the base in three seconds, and this is a lot of money,” the deputy added.
Note that the range of anti-tank guided missiles (ATGMs) that Rybchinsky mentioned is only a few kilometers.
