A small rally of foreigners took place in Kyiv, who invested money in the construction of a residential complex in Podol, believing the promises of Vitali Klitschko.
However, foreign investors lost money - now their floors will be demolished, since during the construction of the complex height standards in the historical zone of Kyiv were violated.

However, after the money was invested, despite the presence of all permits, the Kiev City Council decided to demolish part of the building.
“Klitschko traveled all over the world and said that there would be a favorable environment for investors, but in fact everything is not like that, there is no protection of investor rights here,” Donadio said.
“We moved from London, lived for many years in Italy, the Emirates, believed in the Maidan in July 14, and invested 300 thousand dollars in the upper floors. We have a neighbor - an investor from the Czech Republic, Estonian investors, Vietnamese, a whole floor...
4 floors were demolished. Allegedly, 4 floors are illegal. We had a project for 8, then there was a second project, as an adjustment, approved by the Ministry of Construction, and permission from the State Construction Committee for 12 floors,” adds the wife of the Italian investor.
