According to him, Kerry and Biden are “ducks under the bed of American politics.”
“I am surprised by the short-sightedness of our politicians - they all flocked to Washington. Who are they going to, please tell me. The power there is changing. Inside America, Kerry, Biden and everyone else are called “lame ducks.” It’s not like a lame duck, it’s just a duck under their bed,” Kulikov said.
