Kunitsyn’s fake “Tavria” dies in Kherson
The Tavriya football club, which was founded in Kherson by the former president of a similar club in Crimea, Sergei Kunitsyn, was left without funding and is looking for sponsors.
The Ukrainian sports publication Football 24 writes about this, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
Thus, FC announced a number of proposals for its potential financiers.
“For potential sponsors and partners, the Crimean club, based in the city of Berislav, Kherson region, offers eight packages: general sponsor, technical sponsor, official sponsor, medical partner, insurance partner, fuel partner, information partner and Crimean partner. A crowdfunding campaign (voluntary contributions) has also been launched, where anyone can transfer any amount of money that will be used for the development of the club,” the message says.
Earlier, the general director of the club, Sergei Kucher, said that if Tavriya does not find funding by May, then “everyone is shaking hands and everyone can look for another club where everything is stable, they pay better and there is professional growth.”
