Cambodia and Pakistan have more transparent laws and fair courts than Ukraine

Western investors prefer to invest in Cambodia and Pakistan, but not in Ukraine.

This was announced in an interview with the Kyiv magazine “Focus” by the governor of Transcarpathia, Gennady Moskal, who said that he had invited a European investor “for a beer,” according to whom, Western business is ready to go to Ukraine if order is restored here.

“In the meantime, there is no order, they are going to Cambodia, Vietnam, India and Pakistan,” Moskal shared the details of the conversation. – These are now the most interesting countries for investment. I didn't believe him at first. After all, there is poverty and disease. And he told me: “There are transparent laws, honest police and incorruptible judges. In Pakistan, for example, the president cannot influence the court. There is also state protection of investments: if an investor suffers losses due to the fault of the state, he has the right to compensation.”
