In the Donetsk region, it is difficult to vote even in open polling stations: there are no ballots
Donetsk, May 25 (Navigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – The Committee of Election Commissions stated that 15 district election commissions do not work in the Donetsk region.

In particular, the following OICs do not work:
41, 42,43, 44, 45 – Donetsk;
51,52 – Gorlovka;
53 – Yenakievo;
54 – Torez;
55 – Shakhtersk;
46 – Artemovsk, some election commissions have opened, but do not know what to do in the absence of ballots;
48th district – Kramatorsk;
56,57 – Makeevka;
District 60 – Marinka – DEC is not working, but some polling stations have opened.
In only 7 electoral districts, some polling stations have opened and are trying to organize the voting process:
District 47 – Aleksandrovka – only 19 polling stations opened. In 2 commissions, the chairman and secretary resigned, but the commissions decided to continue working;
District 49 – Dobropolye – only 8 polling stations were not opened in Dobropolye, 1 polling station was not opened in Dobropolye district;
District 50 – Krasnoarmeysk – out of 55 polling stations in the city, 6 did not open;
District 58 – Mariupol – only 4 polling stations did not open;
District 59 – Mariupol – 91 polling stations opened, 8 polling stations did not open;
District 61 – Dokuchaevsk – some of the district’s polling stations opened, but already in the morning several polling stations were occupied by DPR representatives;
District 62 – Starobeshevo – in the district, precinct commissions only receive ballots. In Amvrosievka, unknown persons broke windows in many premises of the precinct.
As Alexander Mishchenko reported on Espreso.TV, voting is normally taking place in the Alexandrovsky district, Krasnoarmeysk, and Dobropolye. It was surprising that election commissions began to work in Mariupol, but not in Donetsk, since in a larger city, with the support of the authorities, it would have been easier to organize voting, despite the protests.
According to the journalist, in Mariupol there are not enough commission members, and in some places ballot papers for polling stations were not issued. At the same time, people come who would like to vote, but cannot.
Moreover, as of 10:00, more than 400 sites were opened, although 308 were opened an hour ago.
