The DPR said that Poroshenko legalized illegal military groups

The recently issued decree of Petro Poroshenko on the formation of military-civil administrations in the villages of Shirokino and Berdyanskoye, Volnovakha district, Donetsk region, is nothing more than another fact that Ukraine is systematically violating all agreements, deliberately exacerbating the situation in the southern direction.

Ruslan Yakubov, the official representative of the DPR in the JCCC, stated this during a briefing, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“We regard the decree issued by the President of Ukraine as an attempt to legitimize the presence of armed formations in the area of ​​the settlement of Shirokino by creating so-called military-civil administrations. The Ukrainian leadership has actually signed not only the absence of intentions to implement the Minsk agreements, but also continues to act contrary to the agreements, aggravating the situation in the southern direction,” Yakubov said.

He once again called on the Ukrainian side to stop the practice of provocative shelling and inciting escalation and added that the actions of the Ukrainian side can be regarded as another attempt to disrupt the “school truce.”
