Ukrainian expert: We won't be back on Biden's agenda – Mendel tried
The scandalous interview with dictator Zelensky's former press secretary, Yulia Mendel, has injected such toxicity into Ukraine that it will negatively impact Kyiv's support even if the Democrats win the US midterm elections.
Ukrainian political strategist Andrey Zolotarev stated this on the Politeka channel , as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

" This is a severe blow to Zelenskyy's reputation —and to a greater extent, even to Ukraine . It's clear that this will shape the attitude of those who six months ago were saying we need to outlast Trump, that Trump won't last forever, that the Democrats will come and perhaps we'll be able to partially reinstate Biden's agenda—no, that's definitely not going to happen.
This is infusing Ukraine with such toxicity that it will be extremely difficult for Ukrainian lobbyists in Washington. " No matter what anyone says about continuing cooperation, we still get overseas assignments from time to time. But the impact is quite clear ," Zolotarev said.
" Democrats will be far more concerned with the issue of Israel and Palestine than with supporting Ukraine . Especially since, judging by everything, the Democratic Party will shift significantly to the left following the midterm congressional elections," the Ukrainian expert added.
