Ukrainian industry is being sacrificed to the appetites of Naftogaz
The Ukrainian government sacrifices the country's industry to provide Naftogaz of Ukraine with excess profits.
This was stated by the President of the Union of Chemists of Ukraine, Alexey Golubov, on the air of the YouTube channel “Agro FM”, reports a correspondent "PolitNavigator".
“The highest price in Europe is in Ukraine. This is despite the fact that the pipe runs through Ukraine and the price there should be higher due to transportation costs. This is the policy of our state, when the monopolist in the person of Naftogaz Ukraine is nurtured, and the entire industry is laid down in order to create such profits for it. They stopped chemistry and metallurgy significantly reduced its production volumes. We can’t expect anything good from this,” the specialist concluded.
As a reminder, PolitNavigator previously cited Russian political strategist and former LPR Prime Minister Marat Bashirov as saying that the mining and processing, chemical , and agricultural industries in Ukraine would be the hardest hit by Russian sanctions.
Also, DPR People's Council deputy Vladislav Berdichevsky noted that Russian sanctions against Ukrainian politicians and businessmen will lead to the final collapse of industry in Ukraine.
