“I have a question: does anyone else believe Turchinov’s statements? According to his version, Russia introduces regular troops every day from 9.00 to 18.00 (with a break for lunch), except weekends and holidays. Review his statements over the last six months. This behavior, in my opinion, causes the greatest harm to defense capability and is reminiscent of Tolstoy’s famous story about the boy and the wolves,” writes the political scientist.
