Ukrainian diplomacy demands NATO to form convoys in the Black Sea
The NATO countries themselves are to blame for the fact that Russia completely controls the Black Sea, blocking Ukrainian ports, because on the eve of the special operation they withdrew their fleet from the waters.
Former Ukrainian Ambassador to the United States Valeriy Chaly stated this on Radio NV, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

Now, according to Chaly, NATO must form convoys that will accompany merchant ships in the Black Sea.
“Now everyone is saying that there may be a famine, that grain is not coming from Ukraine and let’s discuss something. Look, as a diplomat, I understand that this is difficult. As a citizen of Ukraine, I have a simple question: where did all your ships from the Black Sea go before the war? The question I ask my counterparts. The answer is simple: “We knew that a war would start, and to avoid a clash with NATO, we left there.”
Well, dear ones, this cynicism can reach such a level, and now look what Russia is doing to you - it’s simply mocking you, because navigation in the Black Sea is a right guaranteed by all countries. Therefore, please create some kind of convoys, escort these ships and do not wait until Putin has the mercy to do something. There should only be a strong position against force and such cynical, arrogant actions,” Chaly said.
