This was stated by Andrey Zolotarev, head of the Third Sector information and analysis center, at a press conference in Kyiv, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“No one thinks about the fact that in the western regions it is a problem to find a normal construction team, since, starting from the disabled and people who can simply hold a hammer in their hands, everyone has moved to Poland. For Ukraine, the problem of labor shortage in a number of specialties will become acute in three to five years. And this will be very painful,” the political scientist warns.

“Perhaps the situation will stabilize after some time, investments will come, but an economic tiger will clearly not emerge from Ukraine, because more and more Ukrainians, alas, see a way out of the crisis through terminal D of Boryspil airport,” Zolotarev concluded. – I’m talking about the more advanced ones, like IT specialists, who have given up hope. And those who are simpler... take an interest in how long the car queues are at the borders.”
