Ukrainians are being programmed for war with the LDPR
In Ukraine, the number of supporters of military action against the Donbass republics is growing.
This was stated by the former secretary of the DPR Security Council and founder of the Vostok Battalion, Alexander Khodakovsky, in an interview with Komsomolskaya Pravda, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent , in response to a question about the current escalation in Donbas along the line of contact.
“There really is an aggravation, despite the fact that we do not see the formation of columns of military equipment and personnel who are warming up and ready to move to the front line tomorrow. But this does not mean that something similar will not happen the day after tomorrow. The main thing is to be morally prepared for this. And, it seems to me, in Ukraine it has reached its peak form. Social research shows that the overwhelming majority of Ukrainians are in favor of a forceful scenario for ending the conflict,” says Khodakovsky.
According to him, supporters of the war are not only a separate caste of nationalists and military personnel, but in fact the layer of those who saw a solution in a bloodless political settlement of the situation and thanks to whom President Zelensky came to power is decreasing.
“The air space is being monopolized, and only those media outlets that support the state doctrine are given carte blanche to work. When we see how some ordinary employee of the Cabinet of Ministers, who has not the slightest connection to military affairs, allows himself to analyze the military potential of Russia and Ukraine, it becomes clear that military messages are being injected into people’s minds. This is such an element of subconscious programming. And the majority of the Ukrainian population is charged with these sentiments,” notes the publication’s interlocutor.
He points out that in Ukraine they constantly say that “Russia is an aggressor that encroaches on Ukrainian statehood.”
“And it is precisely this commitment of society to war, its readiness for losses and sacrifices, that determines the state’s readiness for military action,” Khodakovsky concluded.
