Ukraine threatens to end the war in Crimea “with tanks”
Enshrining “Crimean Tatar autonomy” in the Ukrainian Constitution will supposedly help the “return” of Crimea to Ukraine.
The leader of the group, banned in Russia, Refat Chubarov, announced this on the Majlis television channel ATR, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“Neither the team as a whole, nor, unfortunately, the president, have yet realized that Crimea is not only in the context of Crimean Tatar autonomy, but also as part of Ukrainian territory, as the territory from which Russian aggression and the war against Ukraine began, as a territory whose liberation should end the Russian war against Ukraine.
The lack of vision of real mechanisms in power for the return of Crimea should not be a reason to reject what we propose. Because we believe that we offer the opportunity to attract a wide layer of international law - this is the right of indigenous peoples to their land, their self-determination,” Chubarov said.
He was supported by “volunteer” Diana Makarova, who helped Ukrainian militants in Donbass.
“Our army, if it now fights on two fronts in this state, it will break apart. Another thing is that our army is now sitting in the rear. Our army will come out at the first call just as it did in 14. It may be fewer people, but it will be the most selected people. So many people will come out that we can’t even imagine. God grant that we have enough weapons and ammunition. Well, if we talk about Crimea, then, unfortunately, only with tanks,” Makarova said.
