Ukraine lost the war and lost the right to put forward conditions for peace
Ukraine can insist on its terms for peace in Donbass only if its army stands on Red Square and holds a parade in Sevastopol.
Political scientist Mikhail Pogrebinsky stated this on air on TV channel 112, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

The expert criticized the words of US Chargé d'Affaires in Ukraine William Taylor, who, speaking at an investment forum in Mariupol, praised President Vladimir Zelensky for his desire to establish “peace on Ukrainian terms.”
“When he spoke in Mariupol, he said that he respects Zelensky very much because he is seeking peace on Ukrainian terms. What does this even mean, peace on Ukrainian terms? Peace on Ukrainian terms is possible only after a parade of Ukrainian troops and volunteer battalions on Red Square and Sevastopol. Then peace will be on Ukrainian terms.
In all other cases, peace must be the result of a compromise. And the words of the US representative that he is a good person, Zelensky, because he is seeking peace on Ukrainian terms, means in fact that he does not support any compromises for the implementation of the peace plan in Donbass,” Pogrebinsky said.
