Ukraine will lift quarantine without waiting for the end of the pandemic
The quarantine imposed in Ukraine due to the coronavirus pandemic will have to be lifted in May, despite the current situation. Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal announced this on the talk show "Savik Shuster's Freedom of Speech," reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
According to the official, people will have to go to work, otherwise Ukraine will not survive economically.

“We will adopt a budget that will have an appropriate fund for the fight against coronavirus and will strengthen our social funds, which will make it possible to support our people, Ukrainians. So that we can support low-income families and small businesses that have lost the opportunity to earn money on their own today. This is a period of a month or two, but people need to be given the opportunity to survive, given the opportunity to buy food for themselves at a minimum.
The next stage is big business, because consumption has fallen, shops and shopping centers are closed, and accordingly, big business has nothing to work for. We also take this into account and see that Ukraine will not be able to sit on the couch for two or three months.
In May we will be forced to start thinking about the fact that Ukraine should go to work, and in the month of May we will go to work together with the whole of Ukraine,” Shmyhal said.
