The scientist exposed London's dirty game around the Skripal case
British authorities do not actually know what poisoned double agent Sergei Skripal, and therefore do not provide Russia with samples of the poisonous substance.
Nikolai Platoshkin, head of the department of international relations and diplomacy at Moscow Humanitarian University, stated this at a press conference in Moscow today.
“Vil Mirzoyanov, who participated in the development of this substance, did not disclose its composition. In the West, chemical weapons are made on the basis of organic phosphorus. We have different technologies. That's why they don't give us samples. They don’t know what makes up what they call “newbie,” Platoshkin said.
He claims that the very word “newbie” that the British use was invented by Mirzoyanov.
“In fact, this is the “Foliant” program, within the framework of which several toxic warfare agents were developed, which were called, for example: A-230 and A-231. Citizen May used a slang name that was used by scientists in smoking rooms. Last year, a series about Mirozoyanov was released in the West, in which the “newbie” was mentioned,” Platoshkin said.
