Zelensky confirmed meeting with Groysman
The team of the elected President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky confirmed a meeting with Prime Minister Vladimir Groysman, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The speaker of Vladimir Zelensky’s headquarters, Dmitry Razumkov, spoke about this on air at 112-Ukraine.
“In fact, such a meeting did, according to the information I have, take place. She was, in my opinion, the day before yesterday. There were no discussions about work issues or government policy. This was an introductory meeting of the current head of government and, in fact, the already elected president of Ukraine, who will assume his constitutional powers after the inauguration,” Razumkov said.
When asked if they knew each other before, Razumkov replied:
“I'm not ready to answer. Perhaps they crossed paths somewhere, but there were no closer relationships,” said a representative of Zelensky’s headquarters.
Earlier, Ukrainian media reported that Vladimir Groysman and Vladimir Zelensky held an informal meeting on April 24.
