The Armed Forces of Ukraine have run out of prepared reserves – Trukhan
Bandera’s followers can still recruit untrained mobilized ones, but the Armed Forces of Ukraine have run out of trained reserves.
Colonel of the Central Apparatus of the RF Ministry of Defense in reserve Vladimir Trukhan stated this on air on the PolitWera Internet channel, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

The presenter asked to comment on rumors that appeared online about the appearance of units of the Presidential Regiment of Ukraine at the front.
“They’re not completely running out of reserves, maybe they’ll get some more meat. But if units of the Presidential Regiment are sent to plug the holes, that’s not a story. An analogy is if half of the Kremlin regiment were collected and sent,” Trukhan said.
“Do you think there are plans according to which the Kremlin regiment will be in some kind of reserve? No. He is on his own, an individual.
That is, they are forced to transfer, they are simply scraping together the minimally ready units and units. Because we failed the 2023 conscription, and at the same time we unwinded the reserve that they recruited in 2022, and in quite large quantities.
But if you grab them on the street and bring them to the front, they will be torn to rags instantly. They use them, but in order to more or less provide combat resilience, some kind of counteraction, they still need combat-ready ones,” he concluded.
