“Everything is fine with them” - how Poroshenko and Zelensky behave behind the scenes
Former Minister of Justice of Ukraine Elena Lukash expressed doubt that Petro Poroshenko needs to prepare a coup and overthrow Vladimir Zelensky - on the contrary, now a more than comfortable situation has developed for the ex-president, and the whole struggle between Zelensky and Poroshenko is just a game for the public.
Lukash spoke about this on the NewsOne TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“I feel like I’m watching an episode of Scare the Comedian.” Please forgive me for this comparison, but I don’t see why those who call themselves patriots - Poroshenko, Turchynov, Lutsenko - should overthrow this government. They feel very good, all their sins are forgiven!
Not a single criminal prosecution, not a single seizure of assets, not a single canceled reform, not a single difficult day, a difficult day that they would hardly survive and think about their future. Everything is fine with them, their people are employed, they are influential politicians with their own factions in parliament, with their international connections, what can they change. They are doing very well,” said the ex-minister.
"Such a statement ( threats and accusations against Zelenskyy during a press conference with Poroshenko's allies – ed. ) is simply... If Zelenskyy's peace process is a mating roar, then there are also mating battles during the election period. That's what mating battles are.
They demonstrate their strength in front of their electorate, showing that they are patriots who are gathering, that they must now give them votes. They intimidate Zelensky, thus gaining loyalty related to criminal cases, property, personnel issues, and so on. Everything is fine with them,” Lukash assured.
