Kiev political scientist Kost Bondarenko writes about this in his blog.
“We congratulate the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Alexander Valentinovich Turchynov on his unique anniversary! Today he promised for the 25th time (at least I counted that many, maybe I missed something) that Russia is about to send troops into Ukraine. I wish you health and inspiration in your hard work, glorified by the great Leo Tolstoy in the story “Wolves”! Do you remember about the boy who scared people with wolves?” Bondarenko sneers.
