International drug trafficking routes began to lay through Ukraine
In Ukraine there is an acute shortage of professionals in departments to combat drug trafficking, which the drug mafia was not slow to take advantage of.

The president of the Ukrainian Federation of Security Professionals, Sergei Shabovta, announced this at a press conference in Kyiv, noting that he does not understand how a person like Ilya Kieva could be appointed head of the department for combating drug crime.
“I can’t understand why Avakov is such an impenetrable figure,” the expert was surprised. “He is mired in corruption and dirt.” People who were randomly recruited commit some kind of crime every day. What about drug trafficking? Yes, Ilya Kiva is a spit. He sat with us in the studio as an expert - it was embarrassing to laugh. This is a mentally deranged person making absolutely absurd statements without having the slightest idea. The very structure of the department for combating drug trafficking has been reduced across Ukraine to such an extent that the people remaining in the field are simply unable to fight.”
The expert pointed out that international drug criminals began to take advantage of this situation.
“International drug trafficking routes are already being laid through Ukraine,” added Shabovta. – We are transparent to them. And at this moment, appoint a person like Kiva. And people like Kiva, you know how many random people have been appointed to the new police structures.”
