A third of Ukrainians remain inadequate and dream of conquering Donbass
Sociological studies show that at least every third Ukrainian sincerely believes in the possibility of resolving the conflict in Donbass with the help of military force.
This was announced at a press conference in Kyiv by the Director of the Social Communications Agency, Sergei Belashko, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“It’s sad that, as sociological studies show, in the territory controlled by Kyiv, about 35% sincerely believe that this conflict can be resolved by military force. This shows that at least every third citizen of Ukraine perceives the situation inadequately. Because this conflict was started so that it could not be resolved in this way, unilaterally. If it could be solved in principle, it would have been solved in the summer of 2014 or the fall of the same year,” Belashko said.
