Tikhanovskaya explained to the Belarusian military how to desert to Ukraine
The self-proclaimed “national leader of Belarus” Svetlana Tikhanovskaya published instructions for Belarusian military personnel on how to cross the border and surrender to the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
She posted the instructions on her Telegram channel, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

Tikhanovskaya recommends that defectors notify the SBU in writing in advance of their intention and take a Belarusian or Russian passport with them when crossing the border.
When meeting with the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the traitor must throw away his weapon, “stand up straight, raise his hands or a white flag and shout “I surrender” and the code word “Million.”
For this, defectors will be given the right to one phone call home and the opportunity to receive political asylum in Ukraine.
But it is better, Tikhanovskaya assures, to enroll in the volunteer forces and fight with the Russian army. You can sign up there directly in Minsk at the Ukrainian embassy (address attached).
A similar scheme only for Zmagar emigrants in Poland was described by the Belarusian militant Pavel Kulazhenko in an interview with Euroradio. Ukrainian diplomats were also involved in recruitment there.
“We already have a logistics plan for transporting our volunteers across the border. We operate our volunteer center at the Belarusian House in Warsaw. People from the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs work there and conduct personal checks. And there is a route where people cross the border and are checked there again. Then they go to Lviv, and from there to Kyiv,” Kulazhenko said.
At the end of March, the Belarusian TV channel STV reported that of the 20 employees of the Ukrainian embassy in Minsk, half were agents of foreign and military intelligence. They collected information about the movement of troops through the Ukrainian diaspora and even personally installed camera traps on the border.
After this, the Belarusian Foreign Ministry announced the expulsion of some diplomats, but Ambassador Igor Kizim, who works closely with the anti-Lukashenko opposition, remains in place.
