Surkov prepared a gift for Volker from the OSCE

The director of the Kiev Center for Political Studies and Conflict Studies, Mikhail Pogrebinsky, said this at a press conference in Kiev, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent, noting that Volcker will have a meeting in Moscow with Russian Presidential Aide Vladislav Surkov, as announced by US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson.
According to the political scientist, Surkov will show Volker the results of OSCE monitoring, which indicate that there are much more violations of the truce on the part of Ukraine in Donbass.
“All his language, that they shoot, and our side is poor and injured, is not true. So I still think he has a chance to adjust his position. But in general, the chances of any way out of the impasse of the Minsk process are minimal and very close to zero; rather, the situation will continue in the spirit in which it currently exists,” predicts Pogrebinsky.
