This information is reported by the telegram channel of the Ministry of Communications of the Donetsk People's Republic, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“MTS in the Republic didn’t even pay for electricity, for renting sites, no taxes, even the direct connection to emergency services was turned off,” says Viktor Yatsenko’s message on the Telegram channel of the DPR Ministry of Communications.
“We endured all this only for the sake of having an alternative to communications in the Republic. Today, the fate of MTS Ukraine is in the hands of the OSCE, which has promised to provide access to the cliff areas from the Ukrainian side,” he emphasized.
As a reminder, on January 11, the last Ukrainian telecom operator ceased operating in the DPR.
