This became known from a message posted by Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko on his Facebook page.
“During the investigation of thefts at the Mikhailovsky Bank, it was established that the owner of the bank is Ecosipan LLC, 92,5% of which is the property of V.S. Polishchuk. Today, on the recommendation of the capital’s prosecutor’s office, the Shevchenkovsky District Court of Kyiv decided to seize the Gulliver property complex,” Lutsenko wrote.

Let us remind you that on November 10, the Kyiv Court of Appeal left the former chairman of the board of the Mikhailovsky bank under arrest.
Let us also recall that the top officials of the NBU were involved in the scandal with the Mikhailovsky Bank.
The court has seized one of Kyiv's largest shopping malls, Gulliver.
