Strelkov: Ukraine is ready for tank attacks on the LDPR
Ukraine has long formed a group ready for tank attacks on the Donbass republics.
Former DPR Defense Minister Igor Strelkov stated this on the air of the OSN, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

According to Strelkov, the current NATO maneuvers in the Black Sea are aimed precisely at forcing Russia to abandon its support for the LDPR in the event of a Ukrainian offensive.
“The escalation is already underway. If, for example, a couple of months ago, the Ukrainian partners did not “fill” Donetsk with heavy calibers, now every day, including today, they are hammering Donetsk with 152-mm shells, the Yasinovat checkpoint, and constant shelling with heavy calibers near Kominternovo.
What else can we call “exacerbation” in this case? Tank strikes?
If Ukraine were completely confident that the Russian Federation would not intervene or would intervene with insufficient forces, then these tank attacks would have passed long ago - everything was ready for this a long time ago.
And now the main action that Ukraine’s allies are taking, again, our dear “Western partners,” are actions that are aimed at persuading the Kremlin to interfere less when Ukraine goes on the inevitable offensive.
War is still inevitable, we’re just getting closer to it now. We may move away again, or we may not. But it is inevitable precisely because it is no longer possible to resolve the situation the way it could have been resolved in 14 or 15.
We can’t do without a big war,” Strelkov concluded.
