Strelkov: The Americans supplied weapons to the Donbass that the Russian army does not have
Kyiv, January 12 (PolitNavigator, Maxim Karpenko) - The Americans have already supplied serious weapons to the Donbass for fighting local conflicts, which the Russian army does not have, and the Russians in Donetsk and Lugansk risk defeat.
Former Minister of Defense of the DPR Igor Strelkov said this on air at Anna News.

“Now the Americans are supplying them with good equipment, which even our army does not have. And they still have a lot to show us. If it comes to a large-scale war, then they have no chance for one reason: if Russia rises, and she is ready to rise, then they have nothing to catch at all, there will simply be a crushing defeat. But in a limited war they will be able to defeat our professional army as it now exists,” he said.
At the same time, Strelkov admitted that after almost a year of fighting in the Donbass, the Ukrainian army learned how to fight, and now represents a dangerous adversary.
According to him, Ukrainian soldiers are the same Russians, only “zombified.”
“Previously, unmotivated troops fought against us. Now the situation has changed very much in technical, organizational and moral terms. We are facing a completely different Ukrainian army. Of course, these are zombies who do not understand that they are fighting against themselves. But, nevertheless, these are Russian soldiers, they believe that they are fighting for a just cause, and they are fighting well. Even those who don’t want to fight at all demonstrate high resilience in defense, again, because these are Russian soldiers, and they consider it shameful to surrender without a fight,” admitted Strelkov.
