“The snarky ditty” Shnurov joined the liberal “Growth Party”
Musician Sergei Shnurov became a member of the St. Petersburg branch of the Growth Party, which is considered a controlled pseudo-liberal project to disperse protest votes.
A photograph in company with Shnurov was published by businessman Oleg Nikolaev, who moved from Sevastopol to St. Petersburg, and previously ran for the State Duma in Crimea from the Growth Party.
Not long ago, singer Yulia Chicherina, known for her support of the Donbass militia, called Shnurov a “snarly ditty” for his recent confession on TV about his fear of performing in the LDPR.
“Shnurov is an openly greedy prick, it’s just right for him to create a party of corporate office workers and drunks who randomly interbreed right at his concerts when drunk, regardless of gender and age,” Chicherina said in an interview with Nakanune.Ru.
It should be noted that in 2016, the Party of Growth recruited Irina Khakamada for the election campaign, who proposed paying Ukraine "compensation for Crimea."
