The commander of the Sparta unit, Arsen Pavlov, under the call sign “Motorola,” who died in Donetsk, was a symbol of the Russian Donbass, but his work will be continued by other heroes. The former head of the Council of Ministers of the DPR, chairman of the Union of Donbass Volunteers, Alexander Boroday, stated this on Day TV.

According to him, today a lot of provocations will be built on the death of Motorola, but an adequate response will be given to the Ukrainian side for the death of the legendary commander.
“The man went to war - first to Crimea, then to Donbass, and was one of those who made the Russian Donbass. He was one of our first fighters whom I met in April '14 in Slavyansk. Even then he was so lively, cheerful, and cheerful. It remained that way... Motorola was a symbol for the Russian Donbass. The death of a symbol is always very sad. But this symbol is not the only one in the Russian Donbass, and other heroes will be able to continue the work of Motorola.
Now a lot of versions will be built around his death, they will say that they removed him, that there was some kind of showdown, that’s what they always say. But for us the situation is clear - this murder was beneficial, first of all, to Ukraine. And, naturally, they will say that this is Zakharchenko’s man and they are digging under him, and Motorola and his unit were Zakharchenko’s guard. But we will not only find out all the circumstances of what happened, but we will also be able to return the favor to his killers,” Borodai said.
