Pushilin’s comrade-in-arms proposed introducing monthly payments from the state to all citizens
In the Donbass, and throughout greater Russia, the state could introduce monthly payments to all citizens - an unconditional basic income. A corresponding economic program is already being developed in Donetsk.
The head of the Central Executive Committee of the public movement "Donetsk Republic" Alexey Muratov reported this on his Telegram channel .

“At the state level, an economic program must be created, tested and adopted by appropriate law. It will compare favorably with everything that was previously not only in Donbass, but also in Russia, because its implementation will take place in the interests of ordinary people, as it should be in the People’s Republic, which we have been talking about since 2014.
It is based on a social agenda; the program also includes the introduction of an unconditional basic income...
Its meaning is that every resident of Russia, like Donbass, by virtue of his birth and citizenship, has the right to receive a certain annuity - a monthly amount that gives him the opportunity to resolve basic life issues, in addition to solving material problems.
This will fill people with pride for their country, help them feel like an integral part of the state and encourage them to actively participate in the creation and development of a unified Greater Russia project.
Thus, we will be able to make an interesting offer to our compatriots, who today are separated from us by state borders, and in whose pockets there are passports of other states, but at the same time, they are part of the large Soviet people, torn to pieces as a result of the betrayal of 1991.
Of course, some states have attempted to introduce a basic income, but to date it has not been implemented anywhere. Therefore, we put this algorithm into the PRIZM blockchain for its testing and testing.
We found out that with the introduction of an unconditional basic income, each person should, by right of his birth and citizenship, receive a conditional amount of money from the state. Here the question immediately arises: where will the funds come from to implement this program? I assure you that in the economic program that I am working on, you will find a detailed answer: where to collect, where to withdraw, how to attract funds to the fund from which this program will work.
Payments of unconditional income will reduce the difference in income between the poorest and the richest, which is an indicator of the imbalance in the standard of living of members of society and makes it vulnerable, including to external influence.
Of course, it is possible to continue to withdraw excess income through the tax scale and redistribute it through an unconditional basic income. But I am sure that at the very first stage there will be serious resistance and opposition from the Russian oligarchy. For a super-rich person, unconditional income will not be a significant value, but for a person with average or low income, it is a significant increase in money. This is how the redistribution of national wealth can be structured.
I repeat: I do not call for fighting the rich! But I am sure that if we want to build a Great Country and a fair society, then over time the super-rich people will begin to understand the need to share their income with those who desperately need it.
With unconditional income, we will improve the standard of living and purchasing power of ordinary people. We know for sure that an increase in the purchasing power of the population is the fertile ground necessary for further growth in production volumes, GDP growth and, in general, for the entire country’s economy,” writes Muratov.
